Introduction

• Currently Dean of Academic Affairs and Institutional Development and a faculty member at the Sai Ayurvedic College of Miami, Florida as well as Dean of Students and faculty member at the Bodhananda Vedic Institute School of Ayurveda in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
• Ex-Director and principal instructor of the New Jersey Institute of Ayurveda, in Montclair, New Jersey.
• A retired corporate & managerial accountant, he has been a lifelong student and of and writer on the themes of traditional healing, alternative and complementary medicine (focusing on Ayurveda and Homeopathy), spirituality and health, and eastern and western alchemy
• He is enrolled as a Level III (“Doctor of Ayurveda”) professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, and is active on that organization’s Educational Standards Advisory Subcommittee, and was invited to participate in the Indian government-sponsored Ayurvedic USA Advisory Council.
• He is on the Editorial Advisory Committee of the Ayurveda Journal of Health (the only peer-reviewed professional Ayurvedic journal in the western world) and the International Journal of Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
