“Prana” – The life force of breath when regulated properly, and specific Yoga exercises form a complete health routine for a mother in this period.

“Pranayam” are Yogic breathing exercises which are not only theraputic in nature for ailments but are also essential for normal healthy mothers. A trained pranayam consultant will guide the mother for appropriate Pranayam exercises and Yogic “Asanas” or exercises.
