Sangopan follows “Heartfulness” method of meditation which is a well established method of meditation followed globally. This helps mother be centred in herself, following the divine presense in her heart. Relaxation technique and guided meditation with the help of a trained guide will help her keep a balance with her daily life and cope with the stress of motherhood.

Guided meditation will be enabled for active members only and event links will be available on the Sangopan App.
